Rohini Rawat filed complaint against Meesho App on May 11, 2021
I have made an order on meesho app on date: **/*/**** (Order No.********* with Woody Houses). But i couldn't get my ordered product. I have registered my complain (complain id *******) regarding the delivery on dated *.*.****. In return i have received mail on *.*.****. Further, The mail which I have received on *.*.**** which says that we couldn't raise your concern because we have received your problems after ** hours which is wrong. See i have registered a compliant on *.*.**** and reply I am getting on *.*.**** which shows delayed and complete wrong response.
In addition to this, single point contact (senior executive for which I have requested several times to customer support during telephonic conversation) should be aligned to pay heed and get things sorted. Now their phone number is not connecting since * days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
