Meesho - Package not picket up despite repeated requests for return

I ordered * kids study table on meesho. I placed return request for both since one product falsely claimed of adjustable chair and table which was not so. The other also did nit meet the website description. However, the cust care only extends the period by placing return request but does not send the pick up courier guy. I have made umpteen calls to custt care but to no avail. They keep promising it will get picked up. I have lost quite much amount for this. Plz get me my refund back.
