I opened my account with Shiprocket to avail courier services. I placed one pick up request which they were not able to arrange for * days so i cancelled my request and they refund my money on Shiprocket wallet but i want to close my account with them amd asking them to refund my money in my bank account. They are not able to revert on this till date. My Awb no. for pickup was ************
