I recharged my account for pick ups but every time I generate a pick up they never come for the pick and now they don’t want to refund my money back or pick up my order and they’re customer service doesn’t even work
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
