Hi,
This is regarding complaint number **********, **********
I had ordered two products on ** OCt ****, and raised a return request on ** OCt ****.
It's going to be a month and product has not been picked up yet , even after multiple reminders to management it has not been acknolwedged.
Every time I was asked to wait for ** hours and later they auto closed the ticket.
From last two weeks I am continously following up but still no luck .
TATA cliq , please stop making fools of customers and I would ask everyone not to buy from this site..The products quality are not upto the mark and when you will raise a product return request they don't even care to acknowledge and all your hard earned money go into vain .
Revert my money back , you fraudster
