Red tape shoes - Package not lifting

I have ordered a shoe style number RTL****** from red tape site on ** march **** and got the same on *th april ****,immediately after few minutes as requested to return my order via number RET *** on *th april and till today no one approached to pick up the goods and not even i am getting my refund initiated.
