Khushali Gupta filed complaint against Red tape shoes on Sep 14, 2025
I placed a return request [RET***** , RET*****, RET*****] for * shoes under Order ID RTL****** on **th Sept ****. It has been * days but the status is still showing Pending for Approval.
I have already mailed support team and tried calling the customer care, but no one is responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
