Flipkart - Package not given

I bought mobile Redmi Note * pro (** Gb) with mobile protection plan * year at **/**/**** Order Id- OD******************. I have requested for repair my mobile with Plan ID- JPPOFFK******* and Claim ID- AD*********** but I didn't get my mobile still. Their service partner Jeeves Consumer Service Pvt. Ltd. gives me AWB No.- ********** of courier company Ecom Express. I checked regularly from last **/**/**** to till date I didn't get my mobile. I am very frustrated with the service I didn't get any profit to choose insurance mobile protection plan. I got a notice from my office because of this issue, since I am not able to contact him because of delay occur by the service partner. Many times I called to customer support executives of both Flipkart and Jeeves consumer service Pvt. Ltd. but they are not able to help me. Also daily they tell lie that you will get your product evening time each day. They are lier totally. I have to buy a new mobile to save a job that is a financial loss for me. Please resolve the issue quickly. I am a good customer but after this incidence, I will not buy mobile any more and will never recommend buying from Flipkart.
