I have requested for a package return option * days ago but the ecom courier guy is not ready to pick it up. Every morning I get a message that it will be picked up and evening another message stating pick up failed. Finally today I get message stating , package return request canceled by courier person. How can he do this? What sort of a service is this? I request ecom people to take action on the same and do the needful. Or refund the amount of money that I will be losing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
