Profesional Courier - Package not get delivered

My parents sent to me the pressure tablets from tamilnadu state to karnataka on one week before
But still i am not received the courier, that pressure tablets(we can't able to purchase in karnataka). Because of urgent reason my parents sent the tablet via courier.
I have try to contact professional courier, they not give the proper details and response. In bangalore is not affected any flood also. but when we continuously ask to them, they said because of rain, its a big joke for me.
So i am very disappointed and now i have planned to go my native for purchase the medicine
And i have wrote the email to global office of this company but no use.
