Package was sent of on ** th May ****. Package contains medicines for my Mother. Still not delivered. Professional courier Trichy airport branch not picking up phone or either switched off. Everytime this branch does not deliver the package. We need to go and pick up the package. Poor service. My mother is suffering physically and mentally as she didn't get her medicine yet .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
