As a matter of fact I had ordered a lehenga on **th January and received a torn piece after * days. I received the material on *rd February. However, that very day I had tried to contact them but had no response in return. It took me * days to get a reply. When I asked them about the return policy there was again a gap of * days before their reply. They said it's an easy exchange, etc etc but never gave me any address where I could send the product back. I have a function to attend just after * days and I feel I have been poorly cheated. I don't even know what would I do more. I am frustrated. I feel like I have lost all the money. Please please please help.
