I had placed an order at Insasta.com in a haste without checking out the reviews of the website. My bad!
The order i had placed was for a facial tweezer for some Rs.** and Rs.** shipping charge, a total of *** on ** Oct '** and it's **rd Oct today, i can't track the order & i have no idea where my money has gone. I received an email with the invoice. Beyond that there has been no information on my order. I wrote a complaint on the customer support on their website which raised a ticket but i never got a reply. The phone numbers displayed on their website are switched off. The details of my order are missing on the website.
Looks like another unprofessional low-life business look-alike who're looting people's money. If there had been so many complaints on this website already why hasn't it been sealed yet? They took my hard-earned money and as a customer i need answers and explanation. If they're fraudulent then the website must be sealed and the money returned to everyone they looted from. They're answerable to me in the face of justice system.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
