I order Azus Zenfone *z [Order no: OD******************] during October **** Big Billion Day Sale. The product is listed at selling price of Rs. **,***, as on **th October. The product was listed at **,*** during sale period for which i paid Rs. **,*** after deduction of Big Billion Day Sale Discount, Bank Discount & on exchange of my old phone [promised as offer from Asus].
I received message that my order is out for delivery on Friday (**th Oct). No one tried to deliver the product at my address on that date. On Saturday **th of October, I received message that Verification is failed for which I contacted Flipkart Customer Service and they assured that they will reattempt delivery on Saturday **th October. I cancelled all plans and waited at Home on Saturday & Sunday and no delivery was attempted. On Monday **th October, I again contacted Customer Service and they assure that delivery will be done by **th and it was due to wrong information of failed verification put by delivery executive. I explained this situation in follow-up call with several other exec and on **th I received a call that my product is shipped back to Seller and was suggested to Cancel order as seller is not willing to reship product at discounted rate. I again registered my grievance with Flipkart through email for which i received a call on **th October that product is now untraceable and suggested me to cancel this order. I rejected their offer and asked to send me a replacement, as Flipkart doesn't fulfill their commitment of delivery.
My Grievances is Flpkart doesn't fulfilled their commitment of delivery and it was consumer who had to suffer due to their inability to deliver product. Why should i cancel order and lose discounted priced product when it was not my fault. Ekart delivery exec passed wrong information which might have led to this situation. I ordered this product for a gift for an occasion which I have missed and suffered mental agony in addition to agony I face in tracing on product delivery through continuous communication with the Flipkart.
A billion dollar company has no process of tracing a valuable product that went untraceable during delivery or is it a case where Flipkart is not willing to fulfill their commitment when they have successfully pocketed exorbitant profits by showcasing the success of the Big Billion Day Sale once again. Their customer service shared misleading status of the delivery with different version in every call I had with them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
