I bought a shirt on fbbonline.in at Rs. ***.** on ** September, it dispatched on the next day (** sep).
On *th October the delivery guy called me and said he is going to deliver the package today (*th oct), but after * minutes he called me again and said he will not deliver the package because "OUT FOR DELIVERY" is not showing on his phone. He said wait for few days and then it will be delivered.
After * days (on **th October) I called fbbonline customer care and they said that someone in their package distribution center has tested positive for covid** so we are halting all deliveries and your package will be delivered after October **.
Today it is *th November, I have not received my package yet and I am trying to reach them (through call and email) but they are not responding.
