Fbbonline - Misleading cashback offer by big bazaar ( fbbonline)

I purchased a product from fbbonline on **th may ****. There was an offer that I received on my email I'd was "shop for Rs.**** and get **** back on fbbonline". I bought product of Rs **** and paid by sbi shyleup card and total paid an amount Rs.****. But after waiting so many days I called to customer care and they told that you had to shop for Rs.**** and then you will get Rs.****. I told that I received message in my email. But they denied. One more thing I wanted to check terms and conditions before shopping. But the page was not opening and automatically open shopping window Every time.
My point is that company should clearly mention minimum eligible shopping value below the offer.
I shopped for Rs. ****. If I knew the minimum offer eligibility then I can make my cart above ****. They only show the wrong and misleading statement in offer. I got cheated this time.
I want my money back.
