Order placed on *th July'**, Since then trying to follow up but everytime I'm given a false commitment, thrice a reason has been given that the the quality control team has rejected the product. Twice they told me that the product is being procured from Vendor, then they said that the product is unavailable with vendor and that they will email me a list of alternate products. Since No mail received, i call back and now by magic the products got available from vendor and I was given a reply that the products were under process of laser printing and it will be done in * days. Forget * days its been ** days since under process, the team leader Mr. Wasim Raja is non component to resolve issues as no courtesy to reply to customer emails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
