I had placed an order for midnight delivery for my friend’s birthday on sep **-**** to be delivered on sep **th.I recieved mail from them stating that the order has been placed.The item was not delivered and i tried calling them in both numbers provided on the site but was unable to contact them.I then send complaint mails to the customer care and admin mail IDs and still didnt receive any response.I would like to know the reason why it wasnt delivered and also would request a refund of rs ****
