The order status was reflecting as transaction failure. After that I got a whatsapp message from one of there registered number. The person(Sumit) has asked to do the payment from gpay app saying the transaction was unsuccessful and amount will be refunded soon, which I did to complete my order.
Two times my money has been deducted but order is still not delivered. No one even picks up the call.
