I ordered a phone from flipkart.com on ** oct ****, on ** oct **** i received a message that it will delivered today so i waited the whole day, i didn''t receive any call from them. Then i contacted flipkart customer support several times for the delivery of the product but they keep on delaying it. First i got a date of ** oct, then **oct, then **oct, and today they called me to cancel the order and told me that they will not deliver it.
I have paid too much amount to them and they really caused me so much mental pain and stress for my order.
Still i do not have my phone and the money is in the flipkart company account
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
