the company took my order on **th September. it was introduced to me by zivame through a coupon- that zivame sent me by mail. i purchased a havells trimmer and made the payment. flatworldrewards stopped replying to my follow up emails about why the product was not even shipped after two weeks. when I contacted zivame, they told me its not their faault.
