I have placed an order for "Swiss Military Superguard - * Layer Mask S**L - Pack of *" on HDFC Bank || FlatworldRewards.com on **th of October ****. I have received a confirmation mail on my registered email address that it will be delivered within ** working days. Today is the **th of November, still waiting for the product, the product did not reach my address. Can you please conduct an investigation and provide me an update at the earliest. I have even tried to reach FlatworldRewards.com on their registered customer service email address "contact@flatworldrewards.com" and to their contact number ********** but got no response.
