Flipkart - Package not delivered

I had ordered a tripod on **th september **** having order no. OD******************. It was supposed to be delivered on **th september ****. When I checked the status it showed that the order has not even been packed and shipped. I raised a complaint over chat support and they assured me that my order is under process and they will deliver the order by *pm, **th september only. When i didn't receive my order till *.** pm I raised an another complaint and now they told me that you'll get your order by **th of September. They didn't inform me prior to this even in the afternoon when i raised the complaint. I have a shoot on **th of September which will do a loss of ***** to me. Now who is going to bear my losses. They are just saying sorry and copy pasting that again and again.
