I have ordered item order no:********** from Paytm mall on **-aug-** and they assured delivery on
**-sep'**. but, still today **.sep-**. Still my not delivered and i have tried soo many times to reach their **** customer care but, it is not connecting. and i have raised mails and also through messages to their support. But, i am not getting proper response. Atleast i am asking to refund my money.But, still they are not responding. Please check and request for action to resolve my case.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
