The Cloth Ero - Package not delivered

Placed an order on an eCommerce site https://theclothero.in/ on * September ****. It is a prepaid order. Received a text on my Mobile that the order is confirmed and I will receive the order confirmation. After that, I didn't receive any communication from there side. I have written several emails on the mentioned email address on their website and filled up the contact us form on the website as well, but got no response till the present time.
There is no physical address mentioned on the website and no phone number is available to contact. The company seems to be a fraud sleeping on people's money.
Such a website should be banned. I have lost my money for sure. Please do not make any purchase on the website https://theclothero.in/ as it is a fake eCommerce website.
