I placed an online order for an item at the Cloth Ero website and the payment of Rs.***/- was successful. I received a confirmation mail for having made the payment vide payment ID pay_FgS*SUgaSFA*MO from razor pay and in the mail it was mentioned For any order related queries, please reach out to The Clothero."" But so far I have not received any shipping confirmation nor received any order confirmation. I am trying for refund but not able to reach them as only the e-mail id is available.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
