I ordered heels from sellwalishop.com/ on ** july. Amount was Deducted. I waited for order but haven't received yet. It's going to be a month now, i have registered so many complaints, even mailed to courier department and sellwalishop support mail, but didn't receive any response. Today i called their customer support and he told me that order status is pending and to resume it, i need to send a link to a number and fill a survey. And that survey was asking for my bank app registered mobile number and upi pin. I don't know what's going on.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
