Sellwalishop - Order not delivered

I ordered women Leila heels from sellwalishop website on ** July ****. I was unable to track the order with AWB no- ********** through goexpress courier. It is just showing in transit but where is it, I am unable to find it. They had not yet delivered nor they are now responding to the e-mails. I have asked them to either deliver it or refund the money but there is no response. These people are asking for online payment and now they are not delivering it. This website is completely fraud as per the experience I am experiencing. They have harassed me a lot mentally.
