Myntra - Package not delivered

Well i placed * orders from Myntra on the ** /**/** and the expected delivery date was on **/**/** . But the situation became complicated because of the pandemic and the delivery was late. I didn't call them nor complained (delay in delivery) because i understood the reason for the delay and also i feel pity for them as they were working so hard even during the pandemic to satisfy the costumers .
Okay now out of the * products ,* products were delivered to the post office and i have received .The remaining * products i still haven't got but i didn't file a complain because of the current situation we are in.
Today i.e. **/**/** i was worried about the products so i requested a call to Myntra and one guy called me back and so i was narrating my problems with him and to my surprise he told me that he can't do anything since the deadline is over . Wow I'm so much pissed right now . Are they paying my sympathy by saying that they can't help me???
I paid in full and also waited for them patiently and now is this how they treat me?
The product which is said to have lost according to their message i already got that but the * delivered products i still haven't got .They should be tracking the product and should have let me known as to how or where it went wrong and they should be responsible as i have already paid them in full.
