I ordered the cycle gear from Amazon on *rd August the delivery date of the product is *th August final. On *th August I got the message that the order is out for delivery but at the end of day when I didn't received the order I call delivery agent. Agent said that the area not come under his service area. I contacted Amazon customer service they said the order will deliver next day, but the constantly * days I got the message that order is out for delivery but never got the order, whenever called the delivery agent they said will come in ** minutes.
How badly they treat their customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
