Amazon Ajmal - Defective product and an item missing

I ordered VLCC almond honey body lotion and Himalaya anti hair fall shampoo on */**/** and the product was delivered with defective body lotion and missing shampoo on **/**/**. I called them on same day and I said that this is the problem. They said complaint is raised and investigation is going on. I again contacted on **/**/**. I was told I was called regarding investigation and I didn't receive any call. Complaint was raised again. I called them on **/**/** I was asked to call on **/**/**. I called and was told investigation is completed. I didn't receive any call and investigation is completed. How is that possible? I sent clear images of the defective product. And still say product was in tact and no item missing.
