Rakhiworldwide com - Package Not delivered

I have ordered on rakhiworld.com to send Rakhi in France to brother-in-law on **.**.**** vide order number RWW-************ after paying total amount Rs **** with request to deliver on **.**.****.
Unfortunately till today on **.**.**** shipment not yet delivered.
I have tried to contact on *rd, *th & *th August to Rakhiworld but could not able to connect on contact number, as mobile was coming switched off.
When I enquired with Rakhiworld regarding non-delivery of shipment, instead of replying satisfactory they are replying in non acceptable tone that I should check status with ARamex courier.
