I had ordered rakhi on **.july.** and as per it site rakhi will delivered in *-* working days. but still now no any rakhi delivered to usa. Site mentioned phone no. is switched off and email is also fraud. i want to take action on it. and initiate my refund on my account. Details are as follows.
