on tue, jun **th '** **:** pm I placed order for nikon af zoom on www.flipkart.com worth rs ****/= under the order id : od******************. the product was assured to be delivered on **/**/****. though I did got the shipping details and out for delivery status but the courier partner didn't contact me for the delivery purpose. As days passed I was left with no other option then to contact customer care upon which they said that they would inform their courier wing & they shall resort to me soon. But it is unfortunate to say that such a reputed company is only making fake promises. Neither flipkart is resolving my issue not my product is getting delivered.kindly help me in getting the product delivered.
