I am a designer working on a private company, I wanted to buy an Ipad pro for which I was saving money for last six months. When I was unable to find the product online anywhere I found out Tata Cliq was also selling apple products. On **th July I ordered IPad pro **** **.* *** Gb from Tata Cliq and paid the amount ***** from my debit card. I was excited that finally my dream of working on an Ipad would come true. But to my surprise TQ took * days to handover the package to their courier partner Xpressbees. And till today my package has not moved. Its stucked at Xpressbees. Everytime I call the Tata CC they just ask me to wait for ** hours. Same is with Xpressbees they just tell me that they are trying to ship it but there is some internal operational issue. Its been * days. My order status is still ready to shipped. I am regreting my decision of buying from Tata Cliq now. I don't know if the product is genuine or will deliver in good condition. Please help me
