Flipkart - Package not delivered

Hi team flipkart,I ordered an iphone se **gb gold on **th of august which included a delivery charge of INR **. **th of august passed by so I approached your customer service who were clueless on this matter. So it was escalated to a backend team which is so called senior team from Bangalore. Its **th of August still my product is not delivered. What the backend team does, they call you and say Sir there is a mapping problem from the seller's side. Then my question is why do you keep such sellers? You are a giant ecommerce company. **th is the last resolution date. And if that doesn't happens am straightly gonna file a complaint on the consumer forum. Is this a joke? I've paid for my product and show me other companies like amazon or snapdeal delaying order from the promised date. All the customer service of flipkart can do is to provide you resolution. What will I do with it? Should I make pickle? And what kind of resolution is this? Does it take a long time to confirm a product from a mere seller like Supercomnet? Seriously? What kind of management is this? I am just waiting for tomorrow. I'll not cancel my order. I want my product. That's it. I hope this will be conveyed to team flipkart. Order no. OD******************
