My courier has reached gorakhpur on **th july itself but it didn't get deliver. Today when any how i got their contact detail the person said he can't deliver if i want i can come and pick it up as lockdown will start from tomorrow.
I asked if it was the issue why didn't you inform me earlier he said it isnt my duty to that.
