Ashutosh filed complaint against Snapdeal.com on Aug 21, 2018
On * the August **** I had ordered a pair of shoes on snapdeal.com.
And delivery was supposed to happen between ** to ** August ****.
The problem is that I am getting daily message from the Snapdeal stating that your package will be delivered today since **th August ****.
Delivery is getting attempted by them since ** August but they are unable to do so. neither they call not they respond to the call.
Noone from the courier or Snapdeal has called me as of now for resolving this issue.
I have been emailing and trying calling Snapdeal and courier facility but nobody is responding.
I had the worst experience with this Snapdeal.
Kindly suggest what should I do.
