I have place an order for bedsheet on **st July with expected delivery date is **th of August but today its ** Aug and packeg is still not delivered. On calling customer care they are saying “nishchint rahiye order aa jae ga” and on further asking they said that they are forward the call to senior department where no one is picking the call. They are not helping and did not take any action. Also on telling them to cancel the order they refuse to cancel is as well and are not returning my money back. Homeshop** has registered the complaint no. HS************* against order no. ********** on ** august but no update after that.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
