Hello Sir/Madam Inspite of multiple escalations to flipkart by Twitter support/callback/helpsection of app customers care did not Resolved my issue My order of microtek stabilizer ordered on ** June **** , which is Inspite of huge delayed shipping estimate of **th june **** and Delivery date of ** june **** as per flipkart order history is not being shipped from seller retailkart till today I am very much upset and concerned due to worst attitude and negative behaviour from flipkart customer care executive in call and Twitter Flipkart support page INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS AND ESCALATION YOUR C.CARE STILL NOT GIVING INFORMATION WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?? WHY SO MUCH DELAY ON DISPATCH??? I HAVING FLIPKART PLUS MEMBERSHIP THEN ALSO SOO MUCH DELAYED Kindly take strict action against this crap ecommerce website as they are not updating me since (**th June to till today ** June ****) why product not yet shipped?? Why delayed in delivery?? They are ignoring my queries raised through help section of Flipkart app and by callback regarding shipping and delivery, and not answering or updating me regarding product delivery This Flipkart also even don't have any working active email id to raise issue, their old email id of cs@flipkart.com is inactive now And even grievance officer email id of grievance.officer@flipkart.com is not responding since ** days Kindly take action on Flipkart and arrange quicker delivery of Product as estimated shipping and delivery date crossed and they failed to deliver it
