Ordered hp black ink cartridge, but there was no show even after more than ** working days, i just got a mail
** days saying that my order is still processing and that was the last mail i got, when i login into the site i there is no any option to cancel the order and i tried to reach their customer care numbers on specified days and time but they just hang the receiver aside, i can hear them talking but never answered my calls. i mailed them the same but no reply even after a week, the i understood that they are fraud. kindly help me out
