Flipkart - Package not delivered

I ordered a galaxy S* plus @ ₹***** on **th march **** from flipkart. It has been * months since I ordered and they haven't delivered the product yet. Some delay is understandable because of the COVID-** situation but according to their last update they promised to deliver it on **th may **** and then delayed it again. All sort of restrictions in red zones have been lifted and they still don't give an update on the delivery. My order reached the nearest hub which is *** meters away from my place, on *th may. Today is **th may and they still refuse to deliver or give a timeline of delivery. The only response from them is that they have escalated the issue and are waiting for a response from the team. My work has suffered because of this and I have been patient enough, but them not giving a proper update is what I think against consumer rights. Please help.
