I purchased * items from myntra on ** may ****. Out which * item was delivered early but the rest of the * items are not delivered to me yet. At First the delivery date of the rest * items was ** may **** as is clearly visible in the screenshot attached. But before the delivery date I got a message from myntra that due to some unavoidable reason they will deliver my * items on ** may ****. I was not ok with that because the items were a gift for someone whose birthday was on ** may ****. So because of their reasons I had to spend twice for gift.. One at myntra and other at a local shop just coz they were unable to deliver my product on time. ** may also passed away but I didn't got my order yet.
I wrote emails.. Contacted customer care several times but they just kept on doing fake promises to deliver my products at the earliest. Today is ** may **** yet no words from them on the delivery of the product.
Now I want my items as soon as possible as well as a compensation for the delay and the money I spended because of the delay.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
