i ordered a sofa cum bed and made a advance payment of *****, but then there was no proper responce of the order, somehow when i found out some numbers to contact them, they said me that the product will take atmost ** days of time to delivered, but even after almost a month ,when i tried calling them again and again they refused to reply with any of there no's, there is a guy called fazal in there who picks calls when called and gives fake and lame reasons just to extend time, and all the company is completely fraud. they just make us wait on hope and make lame reasons. strict actions should be taken against the company and should be closed, i suggest anyone not to buy any product from furny brand.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
