FURNY - Fraud in quality of product

VARTIKA SRIVASTAVA filed complaint against FURNY on May 16, 2018

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
This complaint is my online furniture purchase from https://www.furny.in .
I purchased ‘*seater plus * seater Sofas’ from this website and made advance payment of Rs. **,***.
The furniture I ordered from this website has different description and the furniture I have received does not match the specification mentioned on the website.
One of the executive committed for the type of fabric and color to be used in product. For this he made me pay extra charges during final payment.
Product I have received is not up-to the mark, it is sub-standard quality of product with wrong material. Now, Company is not ready to return the product and refund my money. After multiple follow-ups from my end, Company executives are forcing me to keep the product in same state. I have attached all pictures for reference. Kindly have a look.
