Antgirl Collection - Package not delivered

Was just going through facebook and saw the link to the website for this one where the clothes were on discount so i ordered one top and a dress .... there was no option for COD at all... so i did the online payment and they mentioned that the order will be delivered by the end of january. Which isnt yet delivered... i would expect the order to be delivered or a complete refund for this order.
