Antgirl Collection - Package not delivered on prepaid order

I ordered * clothing items on the website on * Jan. Paid the amount (Rs ****) online because COD wasn't available.

I received a confirmation of the order via text message, saying that the items will be delivered in **-** days. The delivery date was shown to be ** Jan.

Even * days after the expected delivery date, I haven't received my order.
No update on any delay from their side.
No way to reach them.

Their website [antgirlcollection.com] has gone missing.
The contact number that they provided for assistance [**********] is out of service/has their incoming calls barred.

I had paid from HDFC net banking account, through Razorpay.

I request a refund for this order.

And also that the people behind this fraud should be nabbed.
