I ordered * jackets from Myntra on *th December and the products were to be delivered on **th December. However today is **th and the product is still not delivered. They are sending out false delivery person contact numbers which can never be contacted. I contacted their customer care and they asked me to wait since the product was out for delivery . They are not giving satisfactory resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
