Soumyashree Adhikary filed complaint against The Shopping Bazar on Oct 30, 2019
I placed the order on **/*/****. The item was a dress of code dress-**. After paying online I got the following message from them:
Hello Soumyashree, thank you for placing your order #***** with TheShoppingBazar. Your Order Will Delivered to You within ** to ** days. Need help Contact ********** or Email us theshoppingbazar@gmail.com.
Your order will be Delivered To You on [**/**/****]. Need help Contact ********** or Email us theshoppingbazar@gmail.com.
But the order was never delivered. I tried to contact them through phone or mail, but of no use. Please tell me what I should do regarding this matter.
