I had ordered **** worth of clothes from the Shopping site 'The Shopping Bazar' on August **th. It's delivery date was on the **th of August. But the delivery never happened, the phone number provided is switched off and the email isn't responding. I looked it up on the internet and it seems that many people are caught up in this fraud.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
